We sell only the top quality radiators in the business. Virtually all of our radiators come with a limited lifetime guarantee. What specifically does that entail? Below are the terms and conditions of the warranty. By purchasing any radiator on RadiatorWorld.com you automatically agree to all these conditions.

1. Your Radiatorworld.com radiator is warranted against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for the life of the original vehicle in which the radiator was installed under normal use and service. Warranty does not include labor or materials of any kind.
2. This warranty does not cover the effects of physical or chemical properties of water or steam or other liquids or gases used in the vehicle. The warranty doe not apply to failure due to internal or external corrosion. Any radiator that has been subjected to negligence, misuse, alteration, repair, electrolysis, or operating conditions in excess of those in which the vehicle was designed is not covered under this warranty.
3. Under no circumstances will Radiatorworld be liable for any consequential or incidental damages of any kind including but not limited to inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time, towing charges, vehicle rental, lost wages, hotels, meals, reimbursement of original purchase price, or any other special incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
4. Claims for engine damage caused by overheating will be denied. All vehicles are equipped with warning lights or gauges that warn the driver long before engine damage occurs.
5. Blown tanks are caused by over pressurization due to a faulty radiator cap, a defective thermostat, or an engine head gasket exhaust leak, and are not covered under the warranty.
6. The warranty does not apply if the radiator was in stalled in a commercial vehicle, fleet vehicle, racing vehicle or any off road application.
7. The warranty is not transferable
8. All risk of loss or damage passes to the purchaser once the parts are in the possession of the freight carrier.
9. All radiators submitted for warranty consideration must be returned with prepaid freight and customer must obtain a return authorization number prior to returning parts.
10. The purchasers remedy is limited to the replacement of the radiator. No refunds will be given.
